Visa Information for International Applicants

According to Travel Protocol details available from Nepal Tourism Board, Fully Vaccinated individuals are granted Visa on Arrival and do not require any Quarantine upon entry.

A visa for Nepal can be obtained on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and at all land border crossings that are open to foreigners.

Indian nationals do not require a visa. Chinese nationals and South Asian nationals from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Pakistan and Sri Lanka can get Visa for free.

All other nationals are required to pay 30 USD for 15 Days Multiple Entry Visa.

Travel and Food:

Lunch and Dinner are provided as a bonus for onsite participants.

There will be a pick-up and drop-off transportation service provided for the onsite event across major routes (pick-up at 8 AM and drop-off at 8:30 PM). Please understand that it will not be possible to pick everybody from their preferred/nearest points, but we will strive to cover as many of us as possible.
